Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our wellness family, you’ll provide personalized massage therapies that meet the individual needs of our clients. You will help promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being, all while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional massage therapy services, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and other specialized techniques.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments based on their health and wellness goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and professional care.
Stay up to date with the latest massage therapy trends, techniques, and industry standards.
Ensure a relaxing, healing, and comfortable experience for each client.
Adhere to safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols to ensure client well-being.

Qualifications:

Valid state certification and/or licensure in massage therapy.
Proven experience in various massage techniques (additional certifications are a plus!).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate, empathetic, and client-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
