Client Load: Full-time clinicians see 25 clients per week to ensure balance and quality care. Additional sessions are compensated at $40/hour.

Location: Conveniently located off Rt. 29 South in Ruckersville, VA, or at our Winchester, VA location.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting Pay: LPC Residents start at $33.00/hour. Earn $2/hour extra for sessions held on Saturdays or Sundays.

Full-Time Salary:

Residents/Supervisees: $55,500 annually.

Licensed Clinicians: Competitive salary based on years of experience.

Flexible Scheduling: Create a schedule that works for you, with part-time positions requiring a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities
-
Provide mental health counseling sessions to children, preteens, adolescents, and adults.

Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with insurance requirements.

Engage in case consultation, supervision, and professional development.

Balance in-person and telehealth sessions based on client preferences.

Demonstrate resilience and self-awareness, having worked through and integrated personal adversity.

Possess in-person client experience and a commitment to building therapeutic relationships.
Qualifications
-
Licensure: Active and unrestricted LPC or LCSW in Virginia, or eligibility for residency status (Residents in Counseling or Supervisees in Social Work).

Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program.

Availability:

Part-time: Minimum 10 hours per week.

Full-time: 25 clinical hours per week.
